At A Mortgage Now, we aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible and realise it is our responsibility as individuals and as a company to ensure we take every step necessary in order to maintain a “green” service.

Some of the little things we do in order to help the environment:

No appointments necessary

• Being an internet based business means that we do not spend any time on the road in order to visit clients – while the average broker drives more than 200 miles per week*, we collect all necessary information via our secure forms.
• Nor do you have to visit us.

Minimal Paperwork

•  We communicate with our clients by email, Skype and SMS.   We use electronic faxes (no paper), process payments by BACS and scan paperwork instead of photocopying.
  This means we use very little paper, envelopes and toner.

Recycling

• We recycle where possible (cartridges, paper etc)

Environment

• Our employees live locally and walk, cycle or use public transport to and from work.
• The way we operate means we can use smaller offices with a smaller footprint.

Smaller Carbon Footprint

• Annually, we generate over 6 tonnes less CO2 than a traditional mortgage broker handling similar levels of business.
