Can you get a mortgage?

The mortgage market has changed greatly over recent years. You may be wondering if you are likely to be able to arrange a mortgage at all. There are three key factors when assessing your opportunity to borrowing funds.
  • Availability of deposit funds (at least 10%)
  • Your credit history
  • Your income
If you have a problem with your credit history or cannot prove your income there may still be some options for you. A deposit will always be required.
